My name is Tim Joyner. I am originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. I started in our industry as an entry level Marketing Assistant. I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with my Bachelors in Fine Arts, Cum Laude with a concentration in Painting and a minor in Business Administration. When I originally started in our industry, I was only looking for marketing and sales experience, but I quickly fell in love with the culture and side by side mentorship that this business offers. Here at Fineline, we really value high level integrity and great team collaboration and I love witnessing people hit their maximum potential and seeing others around me grow! I've had the pleasure of being the Director of Operations here at Fineline since 2021 and I am truly excited to see what's next for our company in the next 10-20 years!

"Have fun! Ask a lot of questions. If you truly don't know something, ask. This will make you a much more confident person in anything but specifically our business! I would also come up with something you are driven and/or motivated by because that always pushes people to go above and beyond for the things that they value!

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Bain. I'm from a small town in Casper, Wyoming where I attended Casper College for Business and Marketing. I've always been passionate about learning and development, which has played a significant role in my career in Human Resources. Initially entering into this career I was looking for a part time job that I could do during school for sales experience while I pursue my basketball career. My name is Eric Blakney. I am a born and raised Washington native. Originally I’m from a super small farm town called Prosser in Eastern Washington, and I’ve traveled nearly all over this great state we call home. I moved out West to attend the University of Washington like my father and grandfather before me, and finished school with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin with an emphasis in Management. What drew me to Fine Line Marketing is the limitless growth potential our organization carries.
